Withdrawal Policy

In order to avoid any misunderstanding, distress and full liability on the subsequent new term fees, it is important that your written notification of withdrawal is received by the relevant deadline as stated herewith.

If you are withdrawing your child from Chatsworth Preschool, in particular the Kindergarten programmes, six (06) weeks notice must be given before the commencement of the new term in writing and/or an official Student Withdrawal Form, which can be obtained from the Office.  Verbal notification of withdrawal will not be accepted. The 6-week notification period excludes the school holidays, failing which, the security deposit will be forfeited.  Term fees will not be refunded for mid-term withdrawals.

For Preschool programmes, the form must be submitted at least 30 days in advance, failing which, the security deposit will be forfeited.  Withdrawals will only take place on the last day of the month. Verbal notification will not be accepted.
